We are pleased to serve you at Al-Muzayyen Salon. Please review the following terms and conditions for booking appointments through our website:

Booking Confirmation and Payment: The booking is confirmed once the payment for the selected services has been completed in advance through the website.

Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The customer may cancel the booking and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointment Change Policy: If you wish to reschedule your appointment to an earlier or later time, please submit a modification request through the website or contact customer service at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Adding Additional Services: The customer may request additional services upon arrival, provided that they do not conflict with other scheduled appointments. Payment for additional services must be made directly at the salon.
